HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKETS
Customer Ticket Office Information
Ticket Office - The ticket office hours are 10am to 5pm weekdays. Although the office is open on match days from 10am, it will only be selling for that days game.
Tickets for other games are sometimes sold after the match, but only if advertised. The ticket office number is 0844 371 1921
Home Game Sales - Home game tickets will go on sale two weeks before the match. They can be bought over the telephone, or in person at the main ticket office, and can be collected or be posted out at a 50p charge up until 5 working days before the match.
After the postage deadline tickets can be bought for collection over the phone or at the ground. Carlisle United cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of any postal service. In the event of loss of tickets or non delivery, then Carlisle United only have to provide proof of posting.
Pre and Match Day Sale - Pre-sale ticket prices are £2 cheaper when bought in advance of the game - that is until 5pm on the last working day before the game, unless stated otherwise.
A Child ticket is the same price at all times, but must be bought with an adult.

Standing areas are the Paddock and the Warwick Road End.
This season we have implemented a new ticketing system and this is being trialled in the Main Ticket office, the CBS Ticket office and the Paddock ticket office. When purchasing tickets from these areas you will be required to provide your name and address details. This will create a booking history for each customer.
Match Day Sales - At 1:30pm the ticket offices around the ground open, and this is where tickets for those areas can be bought.
These ticket offices will close 15 minutes after kick off. Shortly after that, tickets for that days game can be bought from the main ticket office.
Collection windows open at 12:30pm at the main office and at 1:30pm at the CBS Stand.
CBS Stand collection is for CBS tickets only. All other tickets can be collected at the main office.
The ticket offices are situated in the back of the CBS for CBS tickets, next to the paddock turnstiles for paddock tickets, and in a porta-cabin by the entrance to the CBS Stand for the Warwick Road End.
The main ticket office will only sell tickets for the seated areas in the West Stand for the last hour and a half before kick off.
Away supporters can get match day tickets from either the turnstiles if they are in the Petteril End, or from a porta-cabin situated behind the CBS Stand if they are in CBS section 3.
Ticket Concessions - Concessionary tickets, as well as Junior and child tickets, may require proof of ID.
This should be brought with them to every match, as Stewards reserve the right to check ID if they feel it is necessary.
If at any time ID cannot be provided then the person with the incorrect ticket will be refused admittance.
The ticket will then need to be upgraded to the correct price bracket at the main ticket office.
If proof of age can be provided within 5 working days of the game then the club will be happy to reimburse them.
For this to be carried out effectively the person upgrading their ticket should leave their name and details with the ticket office staff who sold them the ticket.
Wheelchair + Carer - A Wheelchair + Carer ticket costs £2. However, the section has limited space and we strongly advise buying in advance.
The section is located in the Cumberland Building Society Stand, towards the Warwick Road End.
A wheelchair and carer ticket is only £2 due to the fact that wheelchair user gets no choice of area, and is seated at pitch level.
Disabled Supporters - Persons requiring a full time carer to accompany them to the match can get a carer ticket, which is free.
This can only be issued if, when purchasing the tickets, the person can show evidence of full time carer status.
We accept a letter showing that disability allowance is in the middle / higher band.
We strongly recommended booking your tickets in advance due to seating arrangements.
A fan with a full time carer pays more than a wheelchair user due to them being able to select the area they sit in, and on them being able to use the facilities in the stands.
Student Discount - A student discount can be given to members of the Carlisle United Student card scheme.
This entitles persons 18 and over in full time education to buy tickets at the senior rate.
To join the scheme a student card form needs to be completed and handed in to the main ticket office, along with a letter from the university or educational institute that they attend, two passport photographs and £12 admin fee - payable by cash or cheque.
The card takes approximately a week to process.
The student will have to show this card upon purchase of their ticket and may be required to show it on entering the ground.
If proof cannot be provided then the ticket would either have to be upgraded to the correct price or the student would have to go to the main ticket office to provide a separate form of ID, based on their application form.
Misplaced or lost tickets - In the event of match day tickets being forgotten, supporters are advised to go to the main ticket office where, upon confirmation of address and booking details, they can be issued with duplicate copies of their tickets.
The name and address of the supporter will be taken and they are required to return the original tickets, intact, to the main ticket office within 5 days of the game.
If tickets have been lost then they will need to be replaced at the full cost of tickets on sale that day.
If tickets are found within 5 working days of the game then the club will be happy to reimburse the tickets, providing they are returned intact.
Tickets that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted for a refund.
Refunds
The customer must bring the ticket before it can be refunded.
No exchange or refund can be given unless the club has the old ticket.
Refunds can be done on match day, but only until 12pm
Refunds will not be accepted on tickets if the game has already been played.
Car Parking
The supporters car park, which is situated behind the CBS stand, is open on a match day from 12:30pm, and it costs £2 to park a car there.
There are approximately 400 spaces in the car park, with a minimal number of disabled spaces at the front.
The disabled spaces are on a first come first served basis, and a valid disabled badge must be displayed in the car window.
Season Tickets - If a season ticket is left at home then the supporter should go to the main ticket office, where their details will be taken and, upon proof of identification and seat clarification, a match day pass will be provided. The season ticket holder is also required to return the slip from the relevant game back to the main ticket office as soon as possible.
If a season ticket has been lost then the ticket holder should report it immediately to the club.
They can be issued with a match day pass upon proof of ID for the next home game, but otherwise will need to buy a new book.
This will be charged at the current price for the type of ticket they require and will be dependant on how far through the season we are. The Club does not accept responsibility for the replacement of lost or damaged season tickets, and duplicate books will not be issued. Appropriate insurance is recommended.
Upgrades and downgrades - To upgrade a season ticket the supporter must notify the ticket office of the change they wish to make.
The cost of the ticket will be the difference between the original standing season ticket and the new seated season ticket.
The price is based on how far through the season the team are, ie, how many games have already been played.
Tickets can also be downgraded, ie, moved from a seating area to a standing area. In this case the difference in price will be refunded to the holder via the method they bought the original season ticket.
Moving a season ticket incurs an administration fee of £5.
Away Ticket Sales - If the club receives tickets to sell for an away match they will usually go on sale one to two weeks prior to the kick off date. They can be bought over the phone by credit or debit card, or in person at the main ticket office by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.
Tickets can also be bought via post if a cheque is sent, stating the correct value, with a SAE.
The last postage is 3 working days before the match, and buying tickets from us is recommended.
Any remaining tickets are sent back to the away club and can generally be bought on match day (this is subject to each clubs policy).
Away Match Travel - Away match travel is run by the Main ticket office.
Coach tickets are on sale at the same time as the away tickets.
Buses generally go from Wigton, Carlisle, Penrith and then Crooklands or Brough depending on the route being driven.
Postponed or abandoned matches - In the event of severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances prior to a match, Club officials through the safety officer will liase with match officials, who would use their best endeavours to ensure that spectators would not be admitted to the game if it were likely to be postponed.
In the case where spectators were admitted in to the ground before kick off, and the game was not played, ticket holders would be entitled to free admission to the rearranged fixture.
If a match is postponed or abandoned before half time then all supporters in possession of an original ticket will be given half price entry in to the replayed match.
If the game is abandoned after half time then there is no reduction in ticket prices in to the replay match.
Anyone who cannot produce an original ticket stub will be required to pay full price.
