The Cumbria Police would like you to enjoy your visit to Brunton Park and would therefore recommend that you plan your journey to arrive in plenty of time. Whilst it is appreciated that many of you have tickets assuring your seat is reserved, with approximately 18,000 people attending this concert, the road in the vicinity of the Stadium may become congested. It is therefore suggested that you arrive as early as you are able.

During your journey please tune in to one of the local radio stations - CFM Radio (96.4 FM); BBC Radio Cumbria (95.6, 96.1 &104.1 FM)  - who will provide regular updates on the traffic situation, and will advise you to divert to an alternative route if necessary.

Travel Information by Road:

Brunton Park is situated in a built up area and parking within the vicinity of the Stadium will be very restricted. There will be no parking at the ground. The streets near the ground will become very congested, and there will be long delays after the event should patrons try and park in these areas. Cumbria Police and Carlisle City Council wardens will enforce penalties for illegal and inconsiderate parking during the course of the event. It is recommended that patrons travelling by road should use the Park and Ride Facilities in Rosehill Industrial Estate and Devonshire Walk.

There will be NO drop off facility on Warwick Road outside Brunton Park - the nearest drop off area suggested by the Police is Victoria Place.

Park and Ride Pick up Points:
