In another exciting step forward for Carlisle United we are delighted to announce that ticket purchasing facilities, via the internet, are now available to our online users for all home games.

Ticketing Solutions (ts.com), in conjunction with the club, have now set up the online ticket facility and have tested and proofed the system, prior to its launch today.

Emma Story, our Business Operations Assistant, told us, "this is an exciting opportunity for both the club and the fans, and should make the whole process of ticket sales much easier.  The biggest advantage of the new system is that fans can now get tickets for more than one game, whereas in the past we could only handle sales for the next game to follow."

Christine Metcalfe, the club's ticketing supervisor, added, "we are all very happy with this.  We have attended a 3 day training course, which was very successful, and have already found that it has made things much easier."

Admin Assistant Joe Simpson said, "the good thing about it is that it cuts down on ticket wastage.  We are now printing the tickets we need rather than having to bulk order, which makes much more sense."
