The Carlisle United Masters team has now been finalised for the forthcoming event, over at the Metro Radio Arena, on Sunday 15 June.

Representing the Cumbrians will be:

Jimmy Glass, Jamie Hoyland, Dean Walling, Chris Billy, Rod Thomas, Darren Edmondson, Paul Simpson (c), John Halpin, Andy Preece.

United go in to a regional competition with Darlington, Hartlepool, Newcastle United, Sunderland and Middlesbrough for the right to go through to the Grand Masters Final to be held on Sunday 7 September 2008.

The whole event will be broadcast live on SKY, as well as on BBC Radio Cumbria, between 2pm and 6pm on Sunday, and online via the BBC RC website.

Derek Lacey, Paul Newton and Nick Barnes will be there to bring you all of the action, as well as exclusive interviews with the United team throughout the day.
