19-year-old central defender Dan Kirkup has had his contract at the club terminated this morning, by mutual consent.

Kirkup, who came through the United Youth ranks, made two senior appearances for the club in the Conference Cup, and has also had loan spells with Southport, Scottish Division 1 side Clyde, and Workington.
