It's another quiet week for us this week.

Paul Thirlwell is doing fine, getting on with his rehab programme and progressing exactly as we'd hoped.

There were no injuries at the weekend, which was good, so the only new one we have is Steve Hindmarch.

He had an in-growing toenail, so he had most of the nail taken out today. It's an operation that's done under local anaesthetic, so we'll give him a couple of days rest and have him back in training by the back end of this week.

That's all I've got - the squad is keeping a lot better than the weather is at the moment!
