no go for RaffAll the latest from injury corner with Dolly:

Karl Hawley and Simon Hackney are both busy with some decent rehab work now. They are both swimming with their weights belts on, and doing exercises in the pool, and that helps them to build strength around their injured body parts. They are both coming along ok. Karl will probably be going back for a check up with the surgeon, who wanted to check him after a month of recovery, just in case there are any further developments in his ankle. There has been a little bit of reaction, but not something that you think is definitely going to need an operation. He just wants to check on that at around about the month mark, which is this week. Simon is coming along really well, and he's probably about a month away from getting back in to training with the lads.

Paul Murray has had his set of scans done. His ultra scans were all clear, which is good news, and the MRI scans that he had done on his knee actually showed an improvement from those he had done about 6 months ago. That's very good news with regards to his knee but, unfortunately, that doesn't really put us any further forward with regard to what is happening with the tendon at the back of his knee. The surgeon is currently having another look at all the scans, and I'm waiting for a phone call from him to see what we do next. I'm still a little bit in the dark regarding that, but the good news is that there is nothing connected to his old knee problems. There has been decent improvement there, but it really is frustrating that we can't get to the bottom of this injury.

Liam Atkins has started some swimming exercises for his thigh strain, and we are just building him up very gradually. His exercises in the water, along with some CV work, are bringing him along at a good pace. He's still a couple of weeks away from a return.

Kevin Gall got through the second half of Saturday's game with no problems, and no reaction to it on Sunday, so that's good news for him.

Andy Hardman twinged his medial ligament in the Youth game at the weekend, so he's having a bit of treatment and also doing some light strengthening work. He'll be out for about a week to ten days.

That's all for now,

Keep well,

Dolly
