With the summer holidays on the horizon the Football in the Community lads have organised courses in various venues around the County.

All courses run from 10am - 3pm.

2 day courses - cost £20

Course B - Moorclose Sports Centre, Workington, on 7and 8 August - (Grass pitch)

Course D - Whitehaven Football Club, Whitehaven, on 14 and 15 August - (Astroturf)

Course F - Kirkbie Kendal Secondary, Kendal, on 21 and 22 August - (Astroturf)

3 day courses - cost £32

Course A - Nelson Thomlinson, Wigton on 2, 3, and 4 August - (Grass pitch)

Course C - William Howard School, Brampton, on 9, 10 and 11 August - (Astroturf)

Course E - Penrith Leisure Centre, Penrith, on 16, 17 and 18 August - (Astroturf)

Course G - Cockermouth Secondary School, Cockermouth, on 23, 24 and 25 August - (Astroturf)

Courses include the popular World Cup competition.

Please bring: Packed lunch for each day and sun hat and cream will be required.
