FITC GAIN CHARTER STANDARD
The work put in by Halpy, James, Nick, Barry and Matt (and their army of helpers) in our FITC scheme is second to none, and we were delighted to hear that all of that effort has been rewarded with the FA Charter seal of approval for the quality of the Holiday Soccer Schools that they have been running.
It really is testament to the hours that go in to making something like the Community project work, and everyone at the club would like to congratulate the lads for the achievement.
Here you can see them with some kids from their May half-term Soccer School in Carlisle, and proudly displaying the Charter Standard Banner:

As well as the Holiday Courses, the Community project also had a visit from the Kinderpark Nursery in Warwick Road, who enjoyed a stadium tour that was themed around numbers.

Adam Murray was more than happy to meet the kids and show them the Championship trophy and the number 11 shirt that he wears on a match day

Is this the Carlisle United team of the future?
