A comprehensive schools programme is now in place with our team of coaches visiting something in the region of 20 - 30 schools each week, spending six weeks in each school.

The rural nature of our County demands that we spend equal time both in the City and in the smaller rural schools.  A six week block of 1 hour sessions will cover:

- Warm up techniques
- Fun games
- Health Education
- Skills/techniques
- Cool down/debrief
