Centre of Excellence Coach Richard Prokas has left his position with Carlisle United to take a coaching role at Penrith FC.

Centre manager Dave Wilkes told us: "It has been fantastic to have Richard with us, and I know the lads have enjoyed working with him very much. We wish him all the best as he moves to Penrith, and we're sure he'll keep us in touch with how things are going."

The Centre now has a coaching position open to any fully qualified coaches (Level 3 and above) who feel that they have the dedication and drive to join our Centre of Excellence team.
